| Can someone please help, we use DH L Web Ship labels and they currently updated there web ship format, they do not support Firefox and when I called in for their IT help they told me to switch to Microsoft internet explorer as they do not support Firefox I cannot print the labels correctly, one man did tell me to clear out all passwords and saved user names and try again but he did not tell me how to clear the saved user names out???? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks |
