Hey guys, I just got that HijackThis program, and I let it scan the system for the first time… I got a huge log of that scan, and I don’t know quite what to make of it. There's a warning saying if I delete something wrong it might screw up my system… so what do I do, how do I recognize what's spyware and what's not? Is there a guide or something?

Not that I know of, there isn't. What most people do is post their logs to a specialized tech support forum section that deals exclusively with that kind of stuff. Then someone with more expertise comes around and tells them "delete this one, leave that one", etc. I don’t know if it would be OK for you to post it here, some forums frown on that, but you can try…
