Cleaning Inkjet Print Heads?

Hello! I have Canon Pixma iP 1500 printer. I have bought yesterday new cartridges of black ad color ink for it, but I can tell you that printing picture is really poor. I do no know why this happening, but my friend has a theory: he told me that I need to clean print heads. How I can do that if he has right? Thanks!

Hello! I think that your friend has right. I am guessing that you wait for some time before you bought new cartridges. Now you know that it is not recommended. So, you will need to take out print heads and to try to put it in hot water and then to well clean them. This should help you. if you do not solve problem first time you o that, try several times.
