| Hello there. Since I have upgraded my system from Service Pack 1 to SP2, I am fighting with just one problem. Yes, imagine that everything works perfectly fine, except one thing. Outlook Express and fonts changing option inside. If I try to do that, error 501 occur. Permission denied. Since I am not some expert but just ordinary user, I don’t have any idea what should I do to solve this problem? Thanks so much in advance, because this is the first time in my life that my OS works just fine. |

| I suppose that you have heard about registry editor. Registry Editor or ‘regedit’ is the heart and the soul of Windows XP. Not only XP, but every other version of Windows. There is one certain key inside registry editor, that you’ll need to change by your self. Type ‘regedit’ in your run dialog box, then navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Active Setup\Installed Componenets\{44BBA840………….B6015C}, and modify strings from the right pane. This tweak will let you reinstall Outlook Express, without reinstalling Internet Explorer, because OE is integrated inside IE SP2. If you are not sure about doing this by your self, than roll back your system with system restore to the previous state without SP2. |
