Hello. I am using Excel quite a lot, and I need to know how to change the default printer type but I dont want to mess around with the system settings. Every time I want to print a file, I must change the selected default selected printer instead of printing directly to Adobe PDF. This is what I dont want. How to do this? Thanks.
Hi there. I know that you are going to need some code in order to make changes just in Excel. The easier way is to set the Adobe PDF printer as default from the control panel menu. Go to the printers and faxes folder and set the Adobe PDF as default Printer with right click. The good thing is that you can do all this very quick, without any restart, dozen of times if you want.
