I am planning to upgrade from Windows XP to Vista but I am confused with changes in Vista EULA that I heard off and I am not going to do an upgrade until I clarify these changes. From what I heard these changes make licensing term very strict. Do you know any facts about changes in Windows Vista EULA?

Well, they did make some severe limitations if you ask me. One that is most important to me is that when you purchase Vista and license you can install in only once on one computer. So, if you change your computer or do an upgrade you can not install that Vista anymore which is completely weird if you ask me. Although there are rumors that Microsoft will relax this restriction. Other restrictions is that you can not make ISO image on you r hard drive if you do not have Vista Ultimate edition. Also, until Vista Ultimate, you are restricted only to 5 network connections per computer which can present some real problems in networked environment.
