Hello! My name is Jim and I have a problem. Few days ago I have bought Canon Powershot A70. I have installed to my Windows XP Professional operating system with Service Pack two installed 1.2 from ArcSoft suite which came with this camera. When I attach camera to computer it is not recognized… Help!

Hello, Jim! You should not be worried about this, because solution for your problem is very simple. Namely, I am sure that you have not installed appropriate driver (or installed driver is corrupted or it is too old). Anyway, only you need to do is to download new driver and install it. This will solve your problem for sure.
