| I have been using the internet for last two years and everything worked fine. However, since few months ago, I could not defend from viruses, especially Trojans. I even reinstalled my XP couple of times but it did not help me for a long. After a day or two on the Internet and I have the same problems. Since yesterday, I cannot view web pages with IE. Should I consider changing my IE for some other program? |

| There are other browsers beside the IE, like Netscape navigator, Mozila Firefox and Opera. Many users think that they are better then IE. I don't think that your problems are related to using Explorer. I am also spending much time on the Internet, I am using Internet Explorer, and I do not have any problems. You need some reliable anti-spyware software like SpyBot, which is efficient and free. You also need some good anti-virus software, which is efficient and free. I personally use AVG Free and I am completely satisfied. If you have Windows XP, you will also need SP 2 to be installed. All those things will not slow your machine much and will give you enough protection. |
