Hello! I am running Windows XP Professional operating system with Service Pack two installed and I have a problem. Namely, when I start Windows Media Player and try to play MPEG file, I have audio, but I do not have a picture. I really do not know what causes this problem, but I want to solve it. Thank you!

Hello! This problem is caused by missing codecs. You do not have all needed codecs for playing MPEG file. So, you will need to download some codec pack (on Softpedia official web site you can find a lots of these packs) and to install it. This will solve your problem for sure. I hope this helps you!
