Hello! I have Windows XP Professional operating system with SP2 and Incredimail XE. I am not able to setup my account and because of that I am not able to access my mail. I do not know why this problem occurred. I also have no idea for solution, too. I hope that you will know more about this.
Hello! Well, only explanation which I have is that you are probably recently installed Internet Explorer 7. Well there is known problem wit Incredimail XE and Internet Explorer 7. Namely, Incredimail XE will not work. So, you will need to back Internet Explorer 6 and everything will work just fine. Hope this helps you!
