Cannot subscribe to Blog Feed

Hello! I have a little problem. I am using Windows XP home edition OS. The problem is next. I cannot subscribe to blog feed. I really need to solve this problem. Can somebody tell me how to subscribe myself? I tried but without success. I need to subscribe. Thanks for your opinion or advice!

Hi! Well, that is depends of the network. I don’t know on which site you want to subscribe blog feed. Maybe is the site under construction or hacked maybe. Today everything is possible. So, don’t wander yourself. It is abstract problem and don’t depends of your computer.
