Hello! I use windows XP operating system and I had Maxtor 160 GB hard drive. Few days ago I have purchased Seagata SATA 400 Gb hard drive, but, unfortunately, I am not able to use it. I do not know how, but my system sees only 200 GB, and other 200 GB cannot. Do you know why?

Hello! You know that windows XP operating system is older then SATA hard drives are, so, your operating systems has not driver for SATA. I suggest you to find and download from the ineternet SATA driver and when you install it, I am sure that your system will see full capacity of your Seagata SATA hard disk
