I have recently purchased new Windows. One of the features I was looking forward to is Aero, a completely new interface that should make work in Vista much easier. However, for some reason I am unable to run it. Could anyone tell me where could the problem be? Thanks in advance for any help.

There are several reasons why Aero could not run on Vista. The first possibility is your configuration. Aero requires a lot of memory, as far as I know at least 1gb of RAM. If you have less than that, the only way you can solve your problem is to buy more memory. On the other hand, if you have enough memory, and cannot run Aero, you need to check what version of Vista you have, as not every one has Aero. Vista Home Premium and Vista Ultimate both have that feature installed, but Home Basic version does not. So, if you bought that one, there is no way you can run Aero. If the latter is the case, try to return your version and buy another one. Best of luck.
