Hello! I have installed Norton antivirus, but I was not so satisfied with it and I have decided to remove it. I have deleted from Add/Remove Programs under Control Panel. But, now, whenever I boot my Windows XP, I am getting Norton updater (for virus definitions) and I am asked to download the newest update…. Help me with this, please!

Hello! Uninstalling Norton antivirus can be a problem indeed. To remove it properly from your system, you will need to download removal tool. This tool is free of charge and you can find it on Symantec official web presentation. Removal tool will remove all left parts of Norton antivirus (including registry files, too).
