Hello! Thats the trouble with every person who re-installs for the first time. First of all, there are certain rules if I may say so, when it comes to questioning of installing/re-installing fresh OS. Now, when you have prepared XP and your new welcome screen showed up, you should take the CD that came with your motherboard. You MUST install that! Now, when that is finished, you should take CD which came with your VGA, also its a MUST. Since, on that CD there are drivers that comply with our VGA card. Install it and you wont have any problems. You should consider downloading the newest drivers from internet from the brand of your VGA on their official sites.
