Hello! I need a little help from you. My XP wont detect my scanner. I have plugged it into case, turned it on and boot installation cd. Installation process went smoothly, but when I finished it I can see in Device Manager that scanner is not installed. I have Acer scanner. Have you any solution for my problem.

Hello! You did not install it properly. First you boot your installation cd and when you finished with software installation you plug scanner into computer case and power it on. Also, go to official site of manufacturer and download and install latest driver for your scanner for windows XP. This will solve your trouble.
