Hello! I am running Windows XP Professional operating system with Service Pack two installed and I have very serious problem. Namely, I am not able to download anything in this operating system. I have never before faced problem like this and I do not know what causes it. Also, I do not know what solution for it would be?

Hello! I am sure that cause of your problem is your firewall software or antivirus software. Namely, firewall software may cause this problem if you have not set it properly. I have problem with my firewall, because it denied any downloading from the internet. I am sure that you have same problem, too.
