Cannot download any email attachments

Hello! I am running Windows XP Professional operating system with Service Pack 2 installed and Microsoft Office 2002. My default e-mail client is Outlook 2002 (as you may guess). Anyway, today I have got some e-mails with attachments, but these attachments are blocked and I cannot open or download them. Can you explain me why?

Hello! I can tell you that you have very good antivirus software. I can bet that those attachments are infected with some malware. Your antivirus recognized that and that is why you are not able to open them. So, I suggest you to delete those messages from your hard drive. Hope this helps you!
