Cannot connect my laptop and PC

Huh I have connection issue that I am dealing with here! I have on one side laptop on the other side PC that are suddenly not being much in love decided not to get connected. I tried few times but I am just getting same notification that the server is busy. Apparently laptop doesnt want to share Internet with the PC. Could anyone tell me what should I do?

Hi! Seems they are really giving each other a silent internet treatment. Well I cant make that function if you dont tell me model of laptop and PC, what OS they are using and what internet card comes with your laptop. Without those facts I can only say check firewall settings or call your ISP if they changed internet protocol by some chance.
