Hey you guys! I need some help with my PC. It is happening to me that from time to time I can not access my hard drives, or some folders and files. Also, I can not access my Control panel. I do not know what is happening. Can it be a virus? My earlier system was never infected, but since I reinstalled it and got connected to the net…

A good scan will do no harm. It is very possible that your system is infected with some viruses. You said you reinstalled your system? Are you sure you have installed all necessary security updates. For example, are you sure you installed all those patches and service pack 1 and service pack 2 for Windows XP.I remember when I once installed it myself, I forgot to install those things, and my system was infected with MS Blast, the very same night. I have been very careful ever since. I am using Kaspersky, updating it everyday as well as Spybot Search and Destroy and AdAware. Anyway, do scan your system first.
