My computer was working just fine yesterday. This morning I switched on computer and everything looked ok. But after a while I realized one thing. I cannot access Run Command and Task Manager. I don't know why is that. Can someone give me opinion or advice what to do? I am grateful for every advice.

You cannot access Run Command and Task Manager?! That isn't a good thing. Did you touched something in Control Panel yesterday before you shut down your computer? But it can also mean that you have got some kind of virus. If it is a virus it is not very good situation. It started to make bad things to your computer. Maybe there were some symptoms earlier, but you probably thought that wasn't something important. I am very irritated with all kind o disease that you can catch on internet. Run some anti-virus program. You might succeed to find that virus and destroy it.
