Hi, I have a video related problem I need help with ASAP. Ther'es a bunch of movies in a single folder (not my machine, never mind) that were downloaded off Win MX before they shut it down (is it still down, BTW? I don't know). The guys says he was able to watch them before, no problem, but now when I try, the player freezes, and I have to use CtrlAlltDel to kill it. Some movies don't freeze, but are played audio only, no picture at all. What do I do!!!???!?

Sounds like you need some new video codecs on that machine. Me, I recommend K-Lite, though you would really need the latest version, not the one before that. BTW, you didn't mention which player you were trying to use? Did yo utry more than one? If you haven't, then you should.
