Hello! I am using Windows Media Player 10 and I have a problem. Namely, this player won’t play some of videos I have (mpeg format). This is very strange for me, because my friend has same player and same videos and at his computer everything is well played. Can you tell me something more about my problem and possible solution?

Hello! As I can see, you are missing some codecs for Windows Media Player 10. When you are missing codecs, then player cannot play video. Your friend has codecs and that is why on his computer videos are played. To solve this problem you only need to download package of all codecs and to install them. After you do that, you will be able to pay any video format which Windows media Player supports.
