| Hello everyone! I have finally bought myself a printer but I have problem installing it. I do have manual instructions, but for some reason, I can’t put it to work. Can you tell me what the most common problems are when installing printers, because all I can tell you is that when I plugged the printer with my PC and followed the instructions, it wouldn’t work as if it couldn’t be recognized? |

| Since you haven’t told us, I have to ask: have you installed all the necessary drivers and software for the printer? I know that people sometimes don’t do everything that is supposed to be done an after that come and seek advice. Look through all the accessories that were in the package with the printer and se if there are some discs. If there are install them all, following the directions on the screen. In case you have performed all those procedures, I really don’t know what else to tell you since you might have connected the printer badly. Don’t think that something is wrong with it before you had it inspected and don’t worry. Besides, if it is new, you surely have warranty. |
