| Hello! First of all you need to scan deeply your system. It would be best to scan it first in the Safe Mode with antivirus and antispyware. Then, set your antivirus to scan your computer on boot up and if your system is infected, you will find out. But, if your system is clear, then I can tell you for sure that you need to access system with user account with administrator privileges. |
