Can't delete file - malware?

Hello! I am running Windows XP Pro SP2 operating system and I cannot delete one file on my system. Can you tell me if this is some malware problem. File which I cannot delete is some temporary internet file. What would be your recommendation about this problem? Thank you in advance!

Hello! First of all you need to scan deeply your system. It would be best to scan it first in the Safe Mode with antivirus and antispyware. Then, set your antivirus to scan your computer on boot up and if your system is infected, you will find out. But, if your system is clear, then I can tell you for sure that you need to access system with user account with administrator privileges.
