Can't accept files on MSN

Hello everyone. I have a problem with MSN messenger. I can not receive any files. When I click Accept a file transfer nothing happens. I mean, transfer starts, but immediately finishes with error saying transfer failed. Everything else is working well. I can chat and send files without problems. Do you have any suggestion for me?

Hello there. Are you behind a firewall or a router? I guess that this is the reason why you can't accept files on MSN messenger. You should try to open ports in firewall and/or router. Consult documentation for router or help files for firewall to learn how to do that. If you can not find it then write hear what firewall you are using and exact router model so that someone can tell you step by step how to open ports.
