This PC that I added just doesn't cooperate. I think I have it set up exactly like the other three, but it can't view or access any of them. When I try the "view workgroup" option, I get the "network path was not found" message, and I'm told I may not have access permission (which I do, of course). All computers are running Win XP, and they are connected by a D-Link ADSL router. Any thoughts?

Make sure all machines have the enable netbios over TCP/IP option checked, it's probably the most common oversight in situations like this. Also try disabling the default Windows firewall on the problematic machine; if that turns out to have been the cause, enable it again but designate the LAN as "allowed" in FW rules. Other than that, it's hard to tell what could be the problem without more details about the network.
