Can't Record With Microphone

Hello. I have a problem with recording sound with my microphone. Microphone works fine because other people can hear me when I talk to them over Internet but I can not record anything. I have no clue what is happening here. Any help would be really appreciated because I need this feature badly. Thank you in advance for your effort.

Hello. This is strange. I can see no reason why you would not be able to record voice with microphone when microphone is working just fine. What software are you using for recording with microphone. Maybe software is causing you problems. Try to use different program for recording and see what will happen then.
