Im an Ubuntu user. I use this distribution for some time (2-3 months) and I have a problem. Namely, I installed Wine. It didnt work ok, so Ive erased it. Ive downloaded new package, but I cant install it. Methinks that something wrong with package. Where I can find it without errors and do have some hints (in case, Im wrong)?

I think that you havent correctly uninstalled Wine. Open console and go to sorce folder that you used to install Wine first time. After that, enter and run this command:
# make uninstall
When it uninstalled, try your new package. If package really has error (I doubt), then you can download brand new from WineHQ official site (go to download page, youll see packages for lot of Linux types. Choose Ubuntu, and then choose pack for your Ubuntu ).version
