Hello! I am looking to find some help here. My computer is Intel P4 machine. I am using XP OS. The question that I want to solve is next. Can I ping by IP, but no access by address? I am very interesting to know that. Thanks for your opinion or comment.

Hi! I am not a computer doctor but I will try to help you. Let me see what kind of problem you have. So, you would like to know how to ping by IP, but no access by address. Of course that is possible just copy and paste right IP address. You just need to know correct IP. That is necessary thing to do.
