Hello there! I have a question for you. Its matter of video files being transformed into picture by each frame. Can this be done and what software does this? I am making some nice video but I cant see this option. I am using WMM. Its okay but it has few bad things.

Hello! Of course this is manageable. Try out using Adobe Premier. There is full range of video editing. There is also that option what you are asking for which can divide your Audio Video file into number of pictures depending from the frame rate. From the initial setting, the number of frame rate depends how much separate pictures youll have after processing.
