Can I network Vista with XP?

I have two computers. One of them use windows Vista operating system, and the other windows XP home edition operating system. I know that Vista is very specifying operating system. I hope that I will be able to make small home network with these computers. Please, tell me if it is possible?

I know that a lot of people are not sure about behaviors of Vista. To be true with you, vista is new operating system and no one knows too much about it. What I know is that you can easily make small network with these to operating systems. Both of them are microsofts products and there wont be problem to network them.
