I'm using the TuneUp Tweaking Utility, and trying to tweak my internet connection. However, there's a choice that I'm kind of stuck on. I need to specify my connection type, and I don't know whether to select DSL/Cable, or fixed LAN, because I'm using both, really. The documentation on this is limited. Are there any online guides as to what part of the network connection is more relevant? Or can you guys recommend one?

I think it's obvious you should select your actual internet connection, the DSL or cable. Your local network speed has much less to do with anything. Of course if you want, you could just try it that way, and then if you're not satisfied with the results of the tweak, go back and set it up differently.
