Hi everyone. This is a strange thing. I have a report that file C:\WINDOWS\system32\adaware.exe infected. Is this file related to AdAware program? It is located in system32 folder, that is, might be some system file. Though, I thought all files related to some program are stored in Program Files, under that program’s name. Can anyone solve this doubt for me?

I think the file you have in system32 area, named adaware.exe, is probably placed there by something malicious like virus, Trojan or such thing. I know for sure that some of these pests when extracted, place files with common windows or other program names in order to disguise themselves. These names just looks like, or are a little changed comparing real legal fie names. Anyway if your antivirus or some malware removal tool recognizes this as a problem, it certainly is. This for sure is not some of system files. I think you can be free to remove it.
