CRT monitor narrow display

Hello! I have Belinea 19 CRT monitor. Few days ago this monitor started to act very strange. Namely, it cannot start to work and when it starts picture is shacking. I have recently bought new video card and I am sure that it is not problem. Could you tell me what do you think about this?

I think that your Belinea 19 CRT monitor became faulty. If it is several years old, then it is not strange because it become broken. I suggest you to try to take it to some repair center. I think that your problem can be solved. If it cannot, then I suggest you to buy new one.
