Hello! I have a problem with my CD-ROM. Namely, I am not able to read or play any data on CDs. When I looked in Device Manager I have seen that there was yellow quotation mark saying that CRD-8402B drivers are corrupted. I have not any idea what to do regard this problem. Can you help me?

Hello! Well, I think that your drivers are really corrupted. I think that you should try to uninstall drivers for this CD drive completely from your system, then uninstall CD drive, too and reboot your system. Your system should recognize this drive properly after this. But, if it does not, then I think that it is time for buying new CD drive.
