My CPU is giving me a headache. It is extremely hot and occasionaly system chrashes because of that. I can not be sure when this chrashes willoccure so I am forced to save things all the time and wait if something happens. It is a really annoying thing. Can you tell me how to solve this problem?

Well, this is not a problem. You only have to install stronger cooler on your processor ot to add additional cooler in your computer case. But before you buy stronger cooler try cleaning your current cooler. Maybe dust is preventing it from working with full speed. Coolers has a bad habbit of collecting a lot of dust and needs to be cleaned from time to time. Just take vacuum cleaner and clean it and see if it helps.
