I have noted that BIOS will not hold changes I make. It also always resets time and year to 12:00 01.01.2000. Friend told me that CMOS battery is going to die very soon and that I have to replace it. It is fine but where am I going to find CMOS Battery for Gateway 400SD4? Can you point me on some shop?

CMOS Battery for Gateway 400SD4 is the same battery as for any other laptop. Differences are minimal and you can find these batteries in any shop that sells batteries or electrical parts. You should pay attention when changing battery not to mess something because manufacturer have bad habit of firmly placing this batteries on motherboard.
