Hello! I have LG CD burner ad I am running XP operating system. I have problem with CD burner. Namely, it has in Device Manager big yellow question mark and it won’t work. I do not know what the cause of this problem could be or how I can solve tit. If you know, please, tell me what to do. Thanks!

Hello! First you will need to uninstall it in Device Manager and then reboot computer, after that, Device Manager should find it. But, if it does not, then I suggest you to check IDE cable because it could be broken. It would be the best if you replace it with the new one. If this does not solve your problem, then I think that your CD burner is broken and that you need new one.
