Hello! My name is Steven and I am beginner in IT world. I have a big problem. Namely, I have two CD Roms (CD burner and CD Rom actually), but they stop with working. I am not sure what cause of this problem could be and that is why I am writing to you. I hope you will help me. Thank you in advance!

Hello, Steven! There are few things you should check; first of all, check IDE cables. Could be that cables are broken and you need to replace them. Check if your system (you have not mentioned which one you are using) recognizes properly your CD drives. And the last one: could be that both CD drives are broken.
