Hello! I have a problem with my CD/RW. I bought it before one year. It is not too old. The problem is next. When I want to insert disk into device the Drive simply won’t eject. I don’t know what to do. This makes me crazy. Please help me! Thanks for any support.

Hi! Well, I can tell you something. Try to restart your computer. If you still have a problem, turn off your computer. Then open the case and remove your CD/RW device. Take it to the some service. There it will be tested and you should know what to do.
