CD Drive not detecting Blank CD's!

Hello! I have very unusual problem. Since yesterday my cd burner wont recognize blank cds. I thought that was problem with my Nero, so I have tried some other software, but nothing worked. Strange thing is following: it can read cds, even play music from cds, but cannot recognize blank cds and write them. What is this?

Hello! I think that now will be perfect time for you to buy new cd burner. Every cd burner has different lasers for reading and writing. It seems that your writing lasers are died. You can try to run cleaning cd, but that is just to be sure that problem is not dust lens. I am soryy because I have brought you bad news.
