Hello! I have really weird problem. I have NEC CD burner and this burner can read discs, but it cannot burn it. I thought that it is broken, but it is impossible that it can read and not burn, right? So, I kindly ask you to tell me what I need to do to solve this problem. I am thanking you in advance!

Hello! Well, you are not right. But, first, I suggest you to use cleaning CD because it could be that your CD burner needs cleaning. But, if it does not work after cleaning, then it is broken for sure. Namely, your lasers for burning are broken. CD burner has two pair of lasers: for burning and reading. As I said before, your burning lasers are broken.
