 When i try to use internet explorer it get a message it was running and encountered a problem with an add on, i have tried to reset it, uninstall and reinstall, nothing works, get the same message everytime i try to use it, any other suggestions?? i do not think i can wipe out my operating system (windows xp) and reinstall, i would need step by step instructions and so far i cannot find any, only other suggestion i have gotten, thanks in advance, |
