Hello! I want make a dvd from some short home videos. I use windows Vista operating system, and I wan to make DVd in Windows DVD Maker. Only problem I have is that I need to burn this DVD in NTSC format and when I try to burn it I am able to burn it only in PAL. Have you any idea?

Hello! Do not worry, it is not complicate to do.You just need to change burning option in Windows DVD Maker. Open it and go to its settings. Find Video format. You will see that currently enabled format is PAL. Just change it to NTSC. After you do that, save changes and burn your dvd in this format.
