Using Apache, of course, the cheapskate that I am… Now all I need is a free (or at least extremely cheap) domain service provider. I already tried uni, but got a reply about some sort of mismatch of IP… So, any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Not sure what this uni that you're referring to actually is… but what kind of "IP mismatch" are you talking about? You might want to check out no-ip.com. It's a free DNS provider that might suit your needs.
