Hello! I am the novice Pc user. I would like to build my first web site. I have PC Pentium 4 machine. I am using Windows XP OS. Does anybody know which software I need for web design? I am trying to find something but I don’t know which one is good. Thanks for your comment or advice!

Hi! So, you want to make your firs web site. That is not to easy process but you can make it. I can suggest you one good and popular program for that. It is Adobe Dreamweaver. Of course if you want to make just a web page for you in that case I can suggest you FrontPage. You need to know some basic knowledge if you want to make a web site. Before you start find some book or tutorial.
