Browsers not handling attachments well

Hello! There is following problem with my browser. When I want to use attach the browser not handling. I am not sure what is the problem for this. There is no way to upload anything. Does anyone know what to do? I am using Opera web browser. Thanks for any idea.

Hi! Ho said that browsers not handling attachments well. I know that Opera is good browser. I am not sure why it won’t to upload attachment. Did you tried to upload something from IE for example? I suggest you to use IE to upload any file. If you still have the same problem that is not your browser. It is something else.
