| Hello! Well, I suggest you first to turn off your cable modem for about an hour because that is time which cable modem needs to loose previous MAC address (MAC of your networks card). After that, turn it on. Should be everything OK now, but if it is not, call ISP technical support and tell them that you have changed device. They will write new MAC address and your problem will be solved. |
