Hi to all. I have broadband networking issue. I have cable internet connection and 2Mbps download speed. The problem is that download speed varies very much and I almost never had full speed I paid for. This is not issue only with downloading files but with surfing also. Can you recommend me what to do in this situation?

Hello. It looks like your broadband networking issue is caused by internet service provider. Link that goes from you to internet service provider is shared with many other people in your neighborhood. If provider has connected more users that their infrastructure allows (cable bandwidth) then you will experience such issues. You should contact ISP and report this problem.
